Cancellation Policy
We understand, we promise, but to be fair to all patients we ask that you please understand and adhere to our cancellation policy.
Should you need to RESCHEDULE a consultation, we will honor a one time change at no additional cost provided you let us know AT LEAST 3 business days prior to your appointment. If you reschedule with less than 3 business days notice, you will be charged an additional $200 for a new consultation.
Should you need to CANCEL your consultation, you may be refunded if you provide us AT LEAST 3 business days notice. If you do not, then you forfeit your $200 consultation fee and will need to pay again should you want a new appointment.
Cosmetic Surgery Payment / Cancellation Policy
A deposit of $1000 is required to book your procedure and reserve the time at the hospital. If you make a deposit for your surgery within (30) days of your consultation your consultation fee will be applied to the deposit.
Payment in full is required (2) weeks prior to the scheduled surgery date, or the surgery will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.
If you reschedule your surgery date you will be charged an administration fee of $250.00
If you reschedule within 2 weeks of your surgery date you will be charged an additional fee of $500.00.
If you cancel you will be responsible for 50% of the initial deposit.
If you do not show up for your surgery, or if your own actions result in cancellation of your surgery i.e; you eat or drink prior to surgery, do not take or stop taking medications as instructed; you will forfeit all payments made toward the surgery and you will receive no refund.
The physician fee portion of your surgical cost estimate is guaranteed for six (6) months from your initial consultation. Hospital fees and anesthesia fees are administered by the hospital and are subject to change without notice. NSPS will guarantee the hospital and anesthesia fees for six (6) months from your initial consultation.
